Nai Zui is a Chinese roaster that we have featured a few times in the past. I’m always excited to work with them!
Roast Profile: Ultralight. Their coffee is on more developed side of a UL roast. Kinda similar to Gout & Co. Very tea like presentation. Roasted on a Stronghold. We recommend 4-6 weeks of rest for their coffee.
Why did we bring this coffee on?
Lerida produces some great geshas at more approachable prices compared to most Panama producers. Classic washed Panama gesha.
