Nai Zui is a Chinese roaster that we have featured a few times in the past. I’m always excited to work with them!
Roast Profile: Ultralight. Their coffee is on more developed side of a UL roast. Kinda similar to Gout & Co. Very tea like presentation. Roasted on a Stronghold. We recommend 4-6 weeks of rest for their coffee.

El Porvenir is my favorite producers for higher end cleaner Colombian coffees. Their Tabi is one of the best I've tried
