Nai Zui is a Chinese roaster that we have featured a few times in the past. I’m always excited to work with them!

Roast Profile: Ultralight. Their coffee is on more developed side of a UL roast. Kinda similar to Gout & Co. Very tea like presentation. Roasted on a Stronghold. We recommend 4-6 weeks of rest for their coffee.

Why did we bring this coffee on?

I always look forward to gesha village lots. We're just starting to see fresh crop gv lots pop up. This will actually be the first one I've had from this year. Gv naturals are some of the best naturals we try each year. Super clean, while being very sweet and fruit forward.
