Nai Zui is a Chinese roaster that we have featured a few times in the past. I’m always excited to work with them!
Roast Profile: Ultralight. Their coffee is on more developed side of a UL roast. Kinda similar to Gout & Co. Very tea like presentation. Roasted on a Stronghold. We recommend 4-6 weeks of rest for their coffee.
Why did we bring this coffee on?
We've had this same green from Big Sur and loved it. Excited to compare this roast! Stunning floral and stonefruit forward Ethiopian. Big sur (this green was bought from them) sources the best Guji lots I've had in a while and this is a great example of that!
