Nai Zui is a Chinese roaster that we have featured a few times in the past. I’m always excited to work with them!
Roast Profile: Ultralight. Their coffee is on more developed side of a UL roast. Kinda similar to Gout & Co. Very tea like presentation. Roasted on a Stronghold. We recommend 4-6 weeks of rest for their coffee.
Why did we bring this coffee on?
This plot produces some of the best naturals I've had from Panama. Everything you want in a natural gesha, ultra clean, with lots of juicy fruit sweetness, high florals and loads of complexity.
