Nai Zui is a Chinese roaster that we have featured a few times in the past. I’m always excited to work with them!

Roast Profile: Ultralight. Their coffee is on more developed side of a UL roast. Kinda similar to Gout & Co. Very tea like presentation. Roasted on a Stronghold. We recommend 4-6 weeks of rest for their coffee.

Why did we bring this coffee on?

This is a really unique lots from Alo that has zero fermentation. Most washed coffees go through an initial Fermentation step before washing, but this coffee skips that step. I've never seen this from an Ethiopian producer, so really interested in trying this one!
