Special Guests - UN084 Sudan Rume NA, Colombia 100g

This is our second time working with Special Guests (first time to introduce them to Canada), and we are thrilled to be working with them again. They were one of the first roasters in The UK to focus on high end competition green and have set themselves apart by their great green sourcing. Their roasts are in the more developed end of a light roast (without being roasty in the cup), on par with roasters like John Small and Flower Child, and have an excellent profile which highlights sweetness and acidity.

Special Guests exists for those who seek their daily cup, or something entirely new. Founded in 2022 by two-time UK Barista Championship winner Paul Ross, all coffees are selected to showcase the rare, unique and interesting: an opportunity to experience the pinnacle of what coffee has to offer.
