Jacob - Founder, Airworks Coffee
Jacob Cunningham is the founder of Airworks Coffee and the curator behind its globally sourced selection of exceptional light and ultralight roasts. Inspired by his early exposure to coffee production in Hawaii, Australia's vibrant coffee culture, and travels through Europe and Asia, he developed a passion for discovering outstanding roasters and coffees that are difficult to access internationally. Through personal cupping, thoughtful sourcing, and relationships with independent roasters, Jacob brings a distinctive global perspective to specialty coffee and helps Canadian coffee lovers discover what they might otherwise never taste.
